My account got banned

We're always happy to receive appeals from folks who feel their account was unjustly banned. It's likely your account was reported and banned due to a violation of the community guidelines, so before you get in touch with us, please review them here. 

Once you've review the guidelines, feel free to send an email to support@thisislex.app and we will conduct a review of your account. In your email, please include the following:

• Your username
• The phone number and/or email address you use to sign into Lex
• An explanation about any guidelines you may have violated
