How do I report a bug or issue?

First, make sure you update the app to the latest version in the Google Play or App Store. You can check what version your device is on by visiting your account settings and scrolling to the bottom where it says 'Lex version'. 

If the problem is not resolved in the newer version of the app, if you're able to, please shake your phone vigorously while you're in the app to report the issue the next time you encounter it. Alternatively, you can write an email to with your username, a description of the issue you're experiencing, and if possible, screenshots of any error messages you might be receiving or other useful information.
